Using ChronoArca
ChronoArca provides an AI-powered invoice processing and financial analytics platform. You may use the service only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these terms.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use ChronoArca
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
- You must not upload invoices or documents that you do not have the right to process
- You must not attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse the platform
Your data
You retain full ownership of the invoice data and documents you upload to ChronoArca. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not claim any ownership over your data.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use ChronoArca to process fraudulent documents, engage in money laundering, or any other activity that is illegal or harmful. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Service availability
We aim to keep ChronoArca available at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We will provide notice of planned downtime where possible.
Limitation of liability
ChronoArca is provided as a tool to assist with invoice processing. While we strive for high accuracy, you remain responsible for reviewing extracted data before acting on it. We are not liable for financial decisions made based on data processed by ChronoArca.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice in the product. Continued use of ChronoArca after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
